“I feel proud and privileged to have been nominated for this award, and even more so to have been highly commended. It means a lot to be recognised by Tunbridge Wells Care Centre, and our parent company Canford Healthcare, for the work that I do. Some of my achievements have come about because of the support and confidence of my home manager Donna, which I am grateful for,” says Alex.
