Linden House Celebrates ‘Great Place to Work’ Accreditation
Linden House has proudly marked its achievement of the prestigious Great Place to Work® accreditation, recognising the organisation’s strong commitment to staff wellbeing, inclusivity, and high-quality care.
To celebrate the milestone, the home hosted a special wellness morning for staff, residents, and their relatives. The event brought the community together in a relaxed and uplifting setting, featuring a variety of activities centred on wellbeing and connection. Guests enjoyed wellness-inspired refreshments, and the occasion was met with enthusiastic feedback from all who attended.
Manager Reshma expressed her pride in the recognition, highlighting the importance of supporting those who work in the care sector.
“It’s an incredible feeling to be recognised as a great place to work,” she said.
“The care sector is often one of the most underappreciated, so to know that our staff are genuinely happy means a great deal to me. I firmly believe that people can only give their best when they feel motivated and supported, and that’s something we prioritise at Linden House. Because of this, I’m confident that our team is delivering consistently high-quality care.”
The accreditation process involved employees participating in anonymous surveys and interviews, ensuring that the award genuinely reflects the experiences of the workforce. Reshma noted that this made the achievement particularly meaningful.
“I’m especially proud that the results reflect not only high levels of staff satisfaction, but also highlight our inclusive and diverse workforce,” she added.
This recognition reinforces Linden House’s dedication to fostering a positive working environment—one that ultimately benefits both staff and residents alike.
