When complete, the purpose-built care homes will boost the provision of quality residential and nursing homes as well as creating jobs for the local community.”

Both homes are due to open later this year and their designs will enable residents to live active and fulfilled lives while also promoting independence. The homes will incorporate space for hobby and leisure activities and each will include cinema, gardens, hairdressing salon and coffee shop.
