Strong Life Care Recognized At The Great British Care Awards

Strong Life Care has been honoured with awards and commendations at the prestigious Great British Care Awards held at the Royal Armouries in Leeds. The team proudly received the “Employer of the Year – Yorkshire” award, with Harpreet and Pam Banwait accepting the trophy on behalf of the organization. Strong Life Care will now advance to the national finals in Birmingham next year.

In addition to this significant achievement, Christian Mason and the Thornhill House team were highly commended for their exceptional commitment to person-centered care and community-focused charity work. Thornhill House’s Lindsay Brooksbank also received high commendation in the “Activity Award” category for her dedication to creating meaningful, personalized activities for residents.

Individual team members were recognized across various categories, showcasing the breadth of talent within Strong Life Care. Chloe Yates at Earls Lodge was highly commended in the “Putting People First” category, celebrating her dedication to resident-focused support. Donna Rushforth at Highstone Mews was also highly commended for the “Cook Award,” highlighting her excellence in catering for residents’ unique needs. Additionally, eleven more Strong Life Care staff members were recognized as finalists in their respective categories.
