Residents From Local Care Home Visit Local Theatre Show
Residents and staff from Longueville Care Home in Peterborough were in for a treat with a visit to the local theatre to see a Play called Remember Me at the Key Theatre.
Residents from the home were accompanied by staff from Longueville Court as they enjoyed the play by Lekha Desai Morrison, The play was about Dementia, and the Play was an insight to those living with dementia and also the affects it has on the loved ones.
One resident commented; “It was a brilliant paly, very insightful, but also very touching, well done to the actors and the writer!”
General Manager, Kyzysztof Krzyszotofiak said: “Our residents and staff had a wonderful time at the Play- truly brilliant! We do our best to provide a wide range of activities and entertainment at Longueville Court as part of the lifestyle enrichment programme for residents, and this was one of our favourites!”
