The National Care Group has fought off competition from across the country to be named ‘Complex Care Provider of the Year’ at the Health Investor Awards 2022.
Dedicated to promoting excellence and recognising innovation in the independent healthcare sector, The Health Investor Awards is made up of 26 categories spanning eight areas – including social care.
James Allen, CEO of National Care Group, said:
“I’m incredibly proud of everyone at National Care Group for the work they’ve done to clinch this award. With ten finalists in our category, this success is truly a testament to the remarkable work our colleagues do each and every day to empower the people we support to be able to live as independently as possible.
“The past few years have been incredibly challenging for our industry, but the way everyone has pulled together, driven by the shared commitment to keep everybody we support safe and well, has been truly astounding.”
The report, which is updated annually, recognises the growth of private organisations across the sector and ranks them from one to 50. It charts the achievements made by those in the industry and the care they provide to the most vulnerable members in society.
James added: “The past year has seen exponential growth for National Care Group, which has allowed us to invest further in both the people we support and our colleagues, to help ensure that they achieve their full potential and ambitions. This award is the perfect embodiment of everyone’s dedication and I’d like to thank every single one of our colleagues for their commitment to National Care Group.”
