Hallmark Care Homes Win ‘Highly Commended’ Award For Excellent Customer Service
Hallmark Care Homes facilities in Essex, Anisha Grange and Admiral Court have been named ‘Highly Commended’ at the prestigious Essex Business Awards.
The Essex homes, which currently have a 9.5 and 9.9 customer recommendation rating on carehome.co.uk, impressed judges for the excellent customer service category with their facilities, customer care and customer satisfaction at the county’s business awards.
The awards, first established in 1995, seek to acknowledge local companies and recognise their dedication to achieving excellence.
Darren Hill, customer relationship manager at Anisha Grange said: “We continually strive to deliver the best customer service to our residents and their relatives and we promise not to forget this is our resident’s home. This award is recognition of all our hard work.”
A panel of judges from Rutherford Briant Recruitment, reviewed the information sent in and visited the homes last month, along with three other local businesses, before coming to their decision.
Entrants were judged on their customer service policy, customer satisfaction and recommendation and other aspects including product knowledge and after sales policy.
Toby Briant, managing director of Rutherford Briant Recruitment and judge said: “The tour we did really transformed our view of care homes, the facilities at these homes are fantastic. This coupled with the examples the interviewees gave about how they have gone above and beyond customer expectations in their role made Hallmark a real contender for this category.”
