Care Sector’s Got Talent Builds Momentum As Record Entries Pour In

Momentum is building behind Care Sector’s Got Talent 2026, with organisers announcing that entries have already surpassed the total number received for last year’s competition – and there’s still over two weeks left for aspiring performers from across social care to submit their auditions.

Championing Social Care has also confirmed that leading social care influencer Bailey Greetham-Clark will join the judging panel for this year’s competition, alongside Hannah Montgomery from Graces Care, Sarah Hyman from Nexus Media Group and Jeremy Richardson from Avery Healthcare.

Founder of BeGreatFitness, Bailey has become one of the UK’s most recognisable young voices in social care. After launching his fitness and wellbeing initiative at just 17, he has built a reputation for championing care professionals, improving the wellbeing of older people through movement and inspiring positive change across the sector. With a social media following of more than 100,000 Bailey brings both frontline credibility and a passion for celebrating the people who make social care extraordinary.

Now in its sixth year, Care Sector’s Got Talent will culminate in a live grand final on 7 October at Care Show Birmingham at the NEC Birmingham, giving finalists the opportunity to perform in front of hundreds of care professionals attending one of the UK’s largest care events.

This year’s competition has already exceeded last year’s total number of entries, a milestone organisers believe has been driven by the introduction of a £5,000 cash prize for the winner and a £1,000 talent development fund for the runner-up to invest in lessons, coaching or equipment.

Bailey Greetham-Clark said: “I’m absolutely delighted to be joining the judging panel for Care Sector’s Got Talent. Every day I see the incredible people who make social care such a special profession, and I know there’s so much hidden talent waiting to be discovered. This competition is about so much more than performing – it’s about celebrating people, building confidence and showing the world another side of social care. I can’t wait to see what this year’s entrants bring to the stage.”

Care Sector’s Got Talent is open to everyone working across social care, including care home teams, home care providers, supported living services, day centres, administrators, chefs, housekeepers, maintenance teams, volunteers and suppliers.
