Care Home Staff Rewarded £500 Bonus for Dedication

Hamble-Heights-5-Year-Service-AwardsEncore Care Home’s specialist nursing and dementia home in Fareham, Hamble Heights, recognised and rewarded three members of its team for their commitment to the home over the past 5 years.

Senior Health Care Assistants Chloe Prewitt and Rahat Hassani, as well as Health Care Assistants, Gemma Moss, Nuntanna Dodgson, and Domestic Assistant Angela Lumsden, all received a £500 bonus each in recognition of their hard work and dedication at Hamble Heights.

These were the third set of 5-Year Service Awards to be achieved at Hamble Heights; with eight other team members being recognised in the last 18 months at Hamble Heights.

Encore’s Operations Director, James Hamilton, made a speech to acknowledge the diligence and commitment of these staff. He noted that their compassionate natures have also been recognised and thanked them for their continued devotion to the residents. A presentation of a cheque for £500 each was made by James and Chief Executive Officer, Rachel Dryden, to the team members.   The celebration continued with drinks, nibbles and cake with the team and residents.

Cath Bezer, Home Manager, said: “I am thrilled to have presented five more of the Hamble Heights team with a bonus for the Encore 5-Year Service Award. Their dedication and desire to continue to care and look after our residents is inspiring. It was fantastic to celebrate their achievement with our residents and team members.”
