Blueleaf Bring Sustainable Solutions to Global Ageing Conference Delegates

The National Care Forum (NCF) are pleased to announce that Blueleaf, a care home supplier who have been dedicated to the sector for over 35 years, are amongst the exhibitors at the Global Ageing Conference in Glasgow on 7th and 8th September.
Blueleaf will be showcasing how their innovative products and solutions can enable care homes to reduce their Scope 3 carbon emissions and make improvements for residents, staff and visitors.

Blueleaf CEO, Nick Frogbrook commented: “We’re thrilled to be taking part in the Global Ageing Conference and look forward to taking providers through the three different approaches we use to support customers on their journey to net zero on our stand, D20 and D22, in the main exhibition hall. This starts with the sustainability commitment we have made by becoming Planet Mark Certified, which involves measuring and reducing our own carbon footprint year on year. In our first year of the certification, we have achieved a 12.8% reduction in our carbon emissions and are also protecting an area of endangered rainforest thanks to Cool Earth; a charity working alongside rainforest communities to halt deforestation.

“We will also showcase our new range of plant based sustainable cleaning products called ‘n-kind’ and are excited to talk delegates through the reporting system we have developed that provides full transparency on the packaging used on product orders from our portfolio.”
