Happy Days Dementia Workshop is inviting everyone to send us a postcard from holidays, business trips or home town.

As we know, pictures, places, names can help to prompt memories and encourage meaningful conversations

We’re collating into wallets [no charge] and sharing with residential and dementia care homes, home care companies, community centres, dementia cafes and hospitals – despatching for free.
