Wisbech Care Home Team Celebrates ‘Team of the Year’ Win at Fenland Citizen Business Awards

The team at Orchard House Care Home is celebrating after being crowned Team of the Year at the prestigious Fenland Citizen Business Awards.

The award recognises the outstanding teamwork, commitment and community spirit shown by staff at the Wisbech care home, which supports residents with nursing and dementia care.

The recognition marks an extraordinary period of success for the Orchard House team. In the past five months alone, the team has achieved 11 finalist nominations and three award wins across regional and national awards, highlighting the dedication shown every day to residents, families and the wider Fenland community. This includes the NAPA National Activity Awards Team of the Year,

The Team of the Year award celebrates organisations whose staff work collaboratively to deliver exceptional service and support, and judges praised the Orchard House team for their commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care while maintaining strong links with the local community.
