The Oaks Care Home has announced the introduction of Tai Chi classes for its residents. Tai Chi, an ancient martial art form, has proven to have numerous physical and mental health benefits, making it an ideal practice for seniors.

Our new activities co Ordinator is trained in various group exercises will guide residents through the Tai Chi movements, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.

The Tai Chi classes will be held weekly in our lounge area. The sessions are designed to accommodate individuals of all fitness levels, including those with limited mobility. We believe that everyone can benefit from Tai Chi, regardless of their current physical condition.
