Stonehaven Care Group Retains Prestigious Investors in People Accreditation
The Stonehaven Care Group, have successfully retained their prestigious Investors in People Accreditation, following their 3 year re-assessment of the Award first achieved in 2013. It has been awarded to all their homes which were found to be compliant with recognised standards of staff professionalism. The Investors in People award recognising the people and teams that make the difference every day, has become a symbol of industry excellence. The internationally recognised accreditation is held by 14,000 organisations across the world. The Standard defines what it takes to lead, support and manage people well for sustainable results.
The Investors in People Standard is the sign of a great employer, an outperforming place to work and a clear commitment to sustainability. The award is a notable achievement for an independent provider such as Stonehaven who employ over 250 staff.
The management focuses on continuing to deliver a comprehensive range of staff training and development to ensure staff quickly assimilate the knowledge and skills they need to deliver the objectives and grow as individuals, which helps maintain the group’s compliance.
Internationally recognised, the Investors in People award signals a long-term commitment to a first class service, with the provider’s management having targeted achieving and maintaining the award, subject to regular re-assessments, as its ultimate goal.
