The Care Show Thirty Under 30 awards return for the highly anticipated third year at Care Show Birmingham 2025, providing a vital platform to recognise and celebrate the brightest young professionals shaping the future of the care sector.

At a time when the sector faces growing challenges and evolving needs, it’s never been more important to acknowledge the exceptional commitment, innovation and impact made by the next generation of care leaders. These awards honour individuals who go above and beyond in their roles – whether in residential care, domiciliary care, nursing, catering, administration, management, construction, or care environment design.

Nominations are now open for individuals aged 29 or under (or turning 30 in 2025), and we’re calling on organisations and colleagues across the care landscape, this includes individuals working for care providers in roles from residential care, domiciliary care and nursing to catering, administration, management, marketing, design and more, to shout about the incredible young people making a difference every day.

The awards are a celebration of potential, a thank you for dedication, and a recognition of the young talent leading the sector forward. Winners will be honoured at a special ceremony on Wednesday 8 October at Care Show Birmingham 2025, where they will be presented with an award marking their outstanding contributions.
