Open Day To Showcase Camera Systems’ Role In Safeguarding Residents

Care Campaign for The Vulnerable is holding a unique Safety in Care Open Day where Care Providers and security industry experts will gather to showcase the benefits sophisticated and modern camera systems can bring into all care environments. The event will offer the opportunity to see live demonstrations of the technology and have providers and care professionals network with care industry professionals who have already installed systems. The day will enable people working in care to talk with those who have already embraced camera safety monitoring and to learn about how safety monitoring works in practice.

Jayne Connery, founder of Care Campaign for the Vulnerable, said: “This subject is too important to ignore. The day will enable people working in care to talk with those who have already embraced camera safety monitoring to learn about how it works in practice.

“There will also be live demonstrations of cameras in action and I absolutely believe that everyone who attends will go away convinced that from a safeguarding perspective it is the way forward. Providers will also be surprised to hear of the commercial benefits of installing cameras, reducing the time spent on safeguarding issues and boosting occupancy.”

The day will be held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel Gerrard’s Cross on Wednesday 29th January 2020 12pm-3pm.
