New Manager At Lovett’s Eden Manor Care Home In Carlisle

Lovett Care has appointed Gary Jones to the position of general manager at its popular Eden Manor care home on Langrigg Road in Carlisle.

Living locally in Carlisle and an active member of his local community, Gary is delighted to take responsibility for the overall leadership and management of the popular 80-bed care home and is committed to ensuring the highest standards of care, safety and wellbeing for residents.

On a day-to-day basis, Gary will work with his team to oversee the overall performance of the home, monitoring the quality of individual care delivered to each resident, ensuring quality and compliance standards are achieved as well as supporting the care team. He is committed to developing a positive and compassionate culture, working with residents, families, colleagues and external partners to ensure the home provides person centred care in a warm and welcoming environment.

Commenting on his appointment, Gary said: “As a local, I’m so pleased to be taking up the position of manager here at Eden Manor in the wonderful community of Carlisle which I love. I am keen to maintain and further build on the high standards set by the team and ensure everything we do is a team effort built on commitment to delivering the very best care, with consistency and kindness.

“I enjoy working within care homes where no two days are ever the same. I love getting to meet people and getting to know all of our incredible residents. Working in care is rewarding on a personal and professional level for me and I’m looking forward to continuing my career at Eden Manor.”
