Loveday Transitions Esher Business Operations to Hallmark Luxury Care Homes
Loveday has agreed the transition of business operations at Esher to Hallmark Luxury Care Homes for an undisclosed sum, as part of the company’s ongoing strategic growth plan.
All existing staff employed at the Esher site will continue in their roles as part of the transition to Hallmark, helping maintain continuity for residents and preserving the expertise of the current team while also benefiting from ongoing investment in development that further strengthens their expertise.
Hallmark Esher Residences consists of a beautifully appointed 37-bed Grade-II listed home alongside a new, state-of-the-art 20-bed property, and further extends its residential, nursing, and dementia care presence across Surrey.
Laurence Geller CBE, chairman of Loveday, commented: “We are immensely proud of what has been created at Esher and the exceptional team who brought our vision to life. From the outset, the residence was designed to redefine expectations around later life outside of central London. This strategic transition reflects Loveday’s evolving long-term growth strategy, and we are pleased to see the residence move forward under Hallmark’s stewardship.”
Nye Brown, CEO of Hallmark Luxury Care Homes added: “As part of our commitment to long-term sustainable growth, we are delighted to bring Esher into the Hallmark family. This marks the first of 15 homes we plan to obtain or develop by 2030, expanding our award-winning luxury care and enabling more people to thrive in later life.
“Loveday has laid robust foundations here, carefully crafting a wonderful community that caters to a broad range of residents. We look forward to supporting the existing team, residents and their families as we build on those in this new chapter.”
