Local Care Home Hosts Pudding Club

Longueville Court Care Home have invited local professionals to their pudding club.

Longueville Court held their pudding club on Friday afternoon, they had Cllr Kirsty Knight and three members of Peterborough football club as guest judges.

Barchester holds monthly pudding clubs where the resident’s recipes are made and judged, Friday it was Longueville court turn to hoist, Chef Aneliya Gramatikova and Activities coordinator Karina Dunn pulled out all the stops, there was five delicious puddings, there was also entertainment from The Fenlands Harmonica Guys.

The winning pudding will go into the end of year final and will be in a recipe book made of all the residents’ recipes that will be made at the end of the year.
