LaingBuisson To Bring Long Term Care Debates To Regional Level

This summer healthcare analysts LaingBuisson will launch two regional events tackling long term care provision in the north and south of the country.

In the only Western economy without a strong regional policy for funding care for older people, these crucially timed conferences address the issues facing the North and South separately, acknowledging the different needs of the two.  Long Term Care in the North will be held in Leeds on 26 June, and Long Term Care in the South will follow in Winchester on 8 July 2014.

How much does it really cost to deliver high quality care for an aging population? Can partnership working and greater integration deliver better services and greater value for money? Can providers find the holy grail of a stable, skilled workforce? These questions need answers and LaingBuisson will bring together the people best positioned to find them.

Founded in 1986, LaingBuisson is the UK’s foremost provider of information and market intelligence on independent healthcare. Its popular series of events, held in central London, regularly attract the biggest names in the industry. Invitations to speak have been offered to a range of high profile speakers from organisations including the Department of Health, local government and stakeholders across the social care sector. The audience is expected to be made up of: providers, commissioners, regulators and other major stakeholders.
