It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year

Barchester Chacombe park care home in Banbury got in the Christmas spirit by visiting Blenheim Palace and some Christmas markets.  Residents had a wish to see the Christmas light at Blenheim Palace.

Christmas lights at Blenheim Palace brought joy to the residents, creating a beautiful and memorable day filled with festive cheer. It’s heart-warming when such events contribute to a wonderful experience and a beautiful moment.

Residents and staff had a brilliant time visiting all the stalls, the Christmas food and drink on offer and joining in with all the panto fun, shouting ‘he’s behind you’ and singing along with all the hits.

General Manager, Jude Shibu said: “We absolutely love being able to take our residents out and about to visit such beautiful places during Christmas, it makes us all so happy to experience Christmas events like this.  It has been a fantastic day and we’ve all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.”
