Hadrian Healthcare Secures Planning Permission for a New Residential Care Home

Care provider, Hadrian Healthcare, has now secured planning permission to build a new Residential Care Home in the picturesque market town of Penrith.

The proposed new ‘five star’ Residential Care Home, situated on the site of the former Veterinary Hospital on Carleton Hill Road, will be sympathetically designed to create a Manor House-style Home, providing exceptional accommodation and care for the elderly population of Penrith and the surrounding area.

The accommodation will provide spacious suites with bespoke furniture and private bathrooms, as well as beautifully appointed lounges, bistros and private dining.

There will also be a beauty salon, café bar, cinema, ‘village shop’, extensive activities programme, and a fantastic concierge service for that little extra help when it’s needed.

In addition, their specialist ‘Chester’s accommodation, for those living with dementia and other memory impairments, has been specially designed to provide luxurious surroundings that are homely, safe and stimulating. This will also incorporate a lovely outdoor terrace overlooking the landscaped gardens and the beautiful surrounding vista of the Lakeland hills.
