Frome Nursing Home Hosts Glastonbury Extravaganza

Based in Frome, Somerset, Frome Nursing Home transformed its gardens into a vibrant and lively Glastonbury-themed party in honour of the festival taking place not too far from the home’s doors this weekend.

The team and residents, who are fondly referred to as family members, embraced the sunshine surrounded by festival themed décor and activities. In addition to the live Glastonbury performances playing on the television in the background, family members delighted in playing their own musical instruments as entertainment.

A table filled with vibrant face paints were also set up, the family members and guests thoroughly enjoyed having their faces turned into works of art.

The team worked extremely hard to pull this together by making decorations and supplying an array of activities for all to enjoy. The air was bustling with activity, nostalgia and community this weekend at Frome Nursing Home, just alike the festival taking place at Worthy Farm.
