Five Years of Employee Ownership with National Recognition and Local Impact

Shaw healthcare is marking five years as an employee-owned business — a milestone that has transformed how care is delivered across its 60+ homes nationwide.

Since becoming employee-owned in May 2020, Shaw has placed over 3,300 employees at the heart of its business — leading to improved morale, better care outcomes, and national recognition. In 2024, Shaw was named Employee Owned Business of the Year in acknowledgment of its commitment to staff-led culture and quality service.

Chief Executive Russell Brown commented:
