Elizabeth Finn Homes Appoints Head of Lifestyle

Carolann joins Elizabeth Finn Homes with over 30 years of experience in the care sector, starting her career as an activity organiser before moving on to become a student nurse.

Over the years her work has focused increasingly on lifestyle and hospitality, working to create meaningful strategies that enhance the day-to-day experience of residents living in a care home environment.

Elizabeth Finn Homes owns and operates eight distinctive care homes rated Good or Outstanding by the CQC, Care Quality Commission.

In her new role, Carolann will lead on further embedding a culture of excellence across all the homes, where exemplary care is not just outstanding levels of clinical care but a holistic approach encompassing lifestyle, social interaction and wellbeing.

She will further support Elizabeth Finn homes’ key values – bring love, welcome all, inspire more and act with purpose, making a real difference to the lives of residents and their families.
