Dale Park Raises Hundreds for Queenscourt Hospice

Colleagues, residents and visitors at Dale Park Care Home in Southport, Merseyside, have come together to raise hundreds of pounds for Queenscourt Hospice, helping to support the charity as it continues to provide vital care for people across the local community.

Queenscourt Hospice, based in Southport, is an independent charity that relies on the generosity of local people and organisations to continue delivering compassionate end-of-life care and support for patients and their families.
Wanting to make a difference, Clinical Lead Jack Whitehead organised a coffee morning and cake sale at Dale Park, with colleagues, residents and visitors all getting behind the fundraising effort. Together, they raised an impressive £349.50.

The fundraising efforts continued when Care Colleague Ellie Mardon took part in the Queenscourt STAR TREKK walk alongside friends, raising a further £125 for the hospice.
In total, Dale Park raised £474.50 to support the invaluable work of Queenscourt Hospice.
