Celebrations as Four Generations Come Together to Celebrate 104th Birthday.

There was a joyous occasion at a Lincoln home as one resident celebrated her 104th birthday.

Muriel Beattie lives at MHA Stones Place and celebrated her big day with four generations, her children, grandchildren and great grandchild.

The home was decorated with balloons and banners to get everyone into the party spirit.

There was afternoon tea with plenty of sweet treats including a birthday cake and bucks fizz.

Bev Murray, deputy manager said: “Muriel had a great day celebrating her birthday with both her immediate and Stone Place family.

“She is a joy to have around the home, she is always the first to join in anything we do and always gives 110%.

“She joined the home around seven months ago and despite being 104 is still very active.

“The party was a surprise, and she was very overwhelmed when she came into the lounge area.

“Her family came from Plymouth to see her, and it was the first time she saw her great grandson.

“We are very lucky to have her here at MHA Stones Place and she is very inspirational for the rest of us.

“We were very happy to celebrate the day with her and her family and everyone at the home had a wonderful time.”
