Care England Conference To Focus On The Workforce

The Care England 2019 conference and exhibition will shine a spotlight on the social care workforce and the steps it’s taking to meet the challenges of effective care delivery in today’s economic climate. With ‘Workforce matters’ as the theme, this prestigious event will take place at the Church House Conference Centre in London on Wednesday 13 November.

The speaker line-up is now taking shape with the following confirmed speakers sharing their expertise and experience. Rachel Smith, Head of Business Systems and Management Information at Orchard Care Homes, will give a presentation on a revolutionary, bespoke software project which delivers a fully optimised rostering system to deliver significant time and cost savings for Orchard Care Homes. By popular demand speaking for the second year running at the Care England conference will be Alyson Scurfield, Chief Executive of the TEC Services Association, who will present up to date research findings on how today’s IT systems can support the effective delivery of care. Improving the image of social care
Professor Martin Green OBE, Care England Chief Executive, says:
