Care England 2014 Conference Has The Ingredients For Success

The Care England 2014 conference & exhibition, ‘Better Together. The Road to Integrated Care’, has all the signs of being their most successful yet. An influential speaker line-up will once again ensure an informed discussion on a major sector issue, delegate bookings are running ahead of previous years and demand for exhibition space has reached an all-time high.

Opening the debate on the greater integration of health and social care will be the Shadow Health Secretary, Andy Burnham MP, already a committed advocate of a fresh approach. Other confirmed speakers include Sir Andrew Dillon, Chief Executive of NICE, David Pearson, ADASS President and Camilla Cavendish, Associate Editor of The Times and author of the recent Cavendish Report.

A conference for all care providers
Says Care England Chief Executive, Professor Martin Green, ‘The subject of this year’s conference has major implications for care providers of all sizes in all parts of the sector. At a time of restricted budgets, the growing demand for quality requires a fresh look at how services are delivered if high standards are to be maintained. ‘Better Together’ will put a spotlight on one of the main options.’

The event will take place at the Church House Conference Centre, Westminster, London, on Thursday, 13 November, and the day’s programme includes seminar sessions and an exhibition of products and services from major sector suppliers. Bookings can be made online at www.careengland.org.uk.
