Belong won the Excellence in the Third Sector Award for its exceptional approach to people management and I commend its dedication to improving the quality of work for employees.”
Belong Chief Executive, Tracey Stakes, said: “It is an honour to have won this international award. Providing our people with development opportunities is a huge part of Belong’s culture, ethos and commitment to high quality care and so to be recognised for our work in this area, by the UK organisation acting as the standard bearer for people management, is extremely gratifying.”
