Audley Binswood Wins Best Independent Living Scheme At Pinder’s Awards
Audley Binswood, the luxury retirement village in Royal Leamington Spa, has been awarded the title of Best Independent Living Scheme at the prestigious Pinder’s Healthcare Design Awards.
The coveted Pinder’s Healthcare Design Awards, now in their 18th year, aim to promote and recognise the very best developments in retirement living. Audley Binswood was commended for its focus on the innovative adaption of historic buildings to support retirement living.
The accolade marks a fourth year of success for Audley Retirement Villages with Audley Mote House, Audley Clevedon and Audley Willicombe Park also celebrating wins in the past six years.
Audley Binswood is home to 90 apartments for those aged 55 and over and includes the Audley Club. Situated in the Grade II* listed Victorian Gothic building, the club contains amenities including a swimming pool, restaurant, treatment rooms, gym and bar for owners in the village and the wider community.
