25 Years Of Service Celebrated At Bournemouth Care Home
Staff and residents at Care South’s Talbot View care home in Ensbury Park Bournemouth have been celebrating recently as Deputy Manager, Tracy Frankcom reached the wonderful achievement of working for 25 years at the home.
Care South’s Chairman, Felicity Irwin and Chief Executive, Susan Willoughby visited Talbot View for the celebration and presented Tracy with a long service award certificate and bouquet of flowers.
Over tea and a beautiful cake decorated with roses, residents and staff reminisced over Tracy’s time at Talbot View where she had been volunteering since the age of 13, before becoming a professional carer at the home.
Tracey commented: “It’s incredible to think it has been 25 years since I started work at Talbot View. The best thing about the job for me is coming into work every day, seeing everyone’s smiling faces and ensuring that I always do my absolute best for our residents.”
Jacqueline Nelson, Home Manager at Talbot View commented: “We had a fantastic day celebrating Tracy’s achievement at Talbot View and her unwavering dedication to our residents. Tracy’s commitment over 25 years has been outstanding and everyone at the home feels very lucky to have her as our Deputy Manager. Other members of staff at the home really look up to her and learn a lot from her vast experience that she has built up over the years. Tracy is a real asset to the home.”
