£500 Bonus For Carers’ Dedication
Encore Care Home’s specialist nursing and dementia home in Fareham, Hamble Heights, recognised and rewarded three members of its team for their commitment to the home over the past 5 years.
Health Care Assistants Carmelita Scott, Rosa Jones and Helen Sims all received a £500 bonus each in recognition of their hard work and dedication at Hamble Heights.
These were the second set of 5-Year Service Awards to be achieved at Hamble Heights; with five team members being recognised in January of this year at Hamble Heights’ 5th anniversary party.
Home manager Sebastian Wiencelewski made a speech to acknowledge the diligence and compassionate natures of his staff members and thank them for their continued devotion to the residents. A presentation of a cheque for £500 each was made by Sebastian and deputy manager, Elizabeth Kinyua, to the team members. The celebration continued with drinks, nibbles and cake with the team and residents.
Sebastian, home manager of Hamble Heights, said: “I am thrilled to have presented three more of my team members with a bonus with the Encore 5-Year Service Award. I am very proud of their dedication and their desire to continue to care and look after our residents. It was fantastic to celebrate their achievement with our residents and team members.”
