Sunrise Manager On A Roll As She Reaches Finals Of Prestigious Awards

The team at Sunrise Senior Living were celebrating this week after their colleague made it to the finals of the 2014 Payroll World Awards.

Belinda Joyce-Ludlow, Payroll Manager at Sunrise Senior Living, was shortlisted for the “Best Boss 2014” award, following a surprise nomination from her colleague Suzanne Foody. Belinda had no idea she had been entered for consideration, and was delighted to receive the news via email that she was a finalist.

Belinda was praised for her supportive management style and for her initiative encouraging colleagues to improve their health by taking a 30 minute walk each day.

The Payroll World Awards ceremony, which brought together over 400 payroll professionals from across the UK, was a fantastic opportunity for Sunrise staff to celebrate the hard work of their colleague. The nomination was also a testament to the wonderful working relationships that exist at the leading care provider.

An overwhelmed Belinda said:
