Stow Healthcare Expands Portfolio with Acquisition of Magnolia Park Care Home in Ramsey

Stow Healthcare, recently listed in the Top 20 Care Home Awards for Mid-Size Groups 2026, has announced the acquisition of Magnolia Park Care Home, further strengthening its presence in the East of England, where the group already operates eight care homes, and reinforcing its commitment to delivering high-quality residential, nursing, and specialist care.

Located in the market town of Ramsey, Cambridgeshire, Magnolia Park Care Home provides accommodation and support for adults requiring residential care, including those living with dementia and other physical disabilities.

The acquisition enhances Stow Healthcare’s portfolio and reflects the organisation’s commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care across the region.

The announcement follows the acquisition of Stow Healthcare by CGEN Care Group in 2025. The deal marked a significant milestone for the award-winning care provider, enabling the business to continue expanding while maintaining the strong reputation and brand it has built across East of England.

Kay Cox, CEO at Stow Healthcare, said: “Magnolia Park Care Home is a fantastic addition to the Stow Healthcare family. We are delighted to welcome the residents, their families and the dedicated teams into our group. Our priority is to ensure continuity of care while investing in the home to support the highest standards of comfort, dignity and personalised care for every resident.”
