Rotherwood Healthcare Celebrates Topping Out Ceremony at Colwall Care Home

Rotherwood Healthcare has marked a significant milestone in constructing its newest care home, Colwall Care Home, with a topping-out ceremony. Situated in the picturesque village of Colwall, on the border of Herefordshire and Worcestershire, this state-of-the-art facility is set to redefine elderly care in the region.

The topping-out saw Rotherwood Healthcare’s Chairman, Richard Claridge, CEO John Fennell, and Head of Projects, Shivam Radia, along with Contracts Manager Chris Jackson and Project Manager Pete Gannon from LNC Property Developments. Together, they commemorated the occasion by placing the final roof piece onto the structure, signifying a crucial phase in the construction.
