Residents at Reigate Beaumont care home, in Reigate recently had a lot to talk about when Reigate Park Church visited. Sue and her team from Reigate Park Church hold communion once a month at the home for the residents. This is when a few more residents joined in and they realised that they had known each other for years. The residents had in previous years attended services at Reigate Park Church and it was such a lovely surprise to see one anther again. There was lots to talk about!
General Manager, Pramojil Kurian of Reigate Beaumont Care Home said:
“For residents moving into a care home, activities that used to be important to them should not come to a halt. It is vital that for each individual, they still continue to lead fulfilled and enriched lives such as attending and participating in religious services like communion. Our aim is to provide person-centred activities to our residents – which is a crucial part of our care here at Reigate Beaumont”.
