Nine Services Transfer In Major Norfolk Care Deal
Radis Community Care has taken over nine extra care services across Norfolk, supporting a further 380 members of the community and strengthens local workforce.
From Norwich and its surrounding communities to Alysham, Wymondham, Thetford and Diss, the landmark deal significantly expands the organisation’s presence across the country.
The impressive contract commenced at the start of August, and was awarded by Norfolk County Council.
Already providing a number of care services across England and Wales, Radis Community Care is supporting a further 380 people to live independently across Norfolk.
The services include; Barley Court in Costessy, The Meadows, Dell Rose Court and Harriett Court in Norwich, Redmayne View in Sprowston, Green Lane View in Aylsham, Robert Kett Court in Wymondham, Laburnum Grove in Thetford and Weavers in Diss.
This contract win is a result of Radis’ person-centred approach to care, community engagement, social activities and ongoing investment in technology in care.
Rachel Brooks-O’Dell, regional manager and project lead at Radis Community Care says of this incredible news: “We’re incredibly pleased to have the opportunity to support a further 350+ people and their families across nine communities in Norfolk.
This represents one of the most significant expansions of our extra care services to date, and we pride ourselves on creating a real community within our services whilst providing quality care to those in need.
“To be given the opportunity to expand our services even further is a real honour.”
