National Care Homes Day 2014

National Care Homes Day 2014 will be held on 20 June and it is an important day in the year of many members of National Care Association.

This is an important day when care providers and the residents within their services up and down the country will be opening their doors to the public, giving the public the chance to see what life in good care settings look like.

With the image of the sector being radically portrayed based on the poor practice of a minority of services, this is an opportunity for care homes to showcase the crucial services they provide to help and support vulnerable individuals at a time of their lives when living independently is not an option.
