Morrison Community Care Reaches Major Milestone Across £110m+ London Development Programme

Morrison Community Care is marking a significant period of progress across its London development programme, with two of its three schemes now topped out and the third set to reach the milestone in two weeks.

The developments in Enfield, Ewell and Epping have a combined sales value of more than £110 million and will deliver 296 new care beds, representing a significant investment in the provision of purpose-built care facilities across London.

At Enfield, Morrison Community Care has topped out a new 95-bed development, marking the completion of the main structural phase and another important step towards completion of the scheme.

At Ewell, the company reached the same milestone last week. The 81-bed development is now progressing through the next stage of construction.

The third London development, at Epping, is also progressing at pace. The 120-bed scheme is due to top out in two weeks, meaning all three developments will have reached this significant construction milestone within a matter of weeks.

Together, the three schemes will deliver 296 new care beds and represent more than £110 million of sales value, underlining the scale of Morrison Community Care’s continued investment and development activity across London.

The progress reflects the hard work of the development, construction and professional teams involved across all three sites, as Morrison Community Care continues to deliver purpose-built care environments designed around the needs of residents and their families.
