Marton Care Purchase’s Eleven Four Seasons Care Homes

Marton Care Homes Limited has purchased 11 care homes based in the North East, Yorkshire and Lancashire.

The homes were formerly operated by Four Seasons but have been managed by Marton Care Homes for the last few months and have been bought from Administration.

Richard Hoggart founded the business specifically to create a new brand to complement the existing Burlington Care brand and Amanda Cunningham, former COO of Four Seasons Healthcare, joined the business in March; it is intended that further acquisitions will be made by Marton Care.

Richard commented: “The staff and management team in these homes have worked tirelessly over the last few months, not only dealing with a new operator but also the Covid pandemic. I appreciate the effort they have put in and the success they have delivered in such a short space of time. We look forward to the future with optimism about what else we might achieve.”
