Just One Month to Go: Don’t Miss the NACC Training & Development Forum 2026
Inspiration, innovation and leadership take centre stage at this year’s NACC Training & Development Forum and with the event now just one month away, there’s still time to secure your place.
On 14 – 15 October 2026, the Hilton at St George’s Park, Burton-upon-Trent, will become the meeting place for care catering professionals from across the sector, with two packed days of expert insight, practical learning, innovation and networking.
And it’s the programme that really sets this year’s Forum apart, designed to inspire, challenge and deliver practical ideas.
From keynote presentations and interactive masterclasses to live cookery demonstrations, the 2026 programme has been carefully designed to give delegates ideas and inspiration they can take straight back into their organisations.
A major highlight will be Michael Caulfield, Performance Psychologist, whose keynote promises to challenge delegates to think differently, embrace innovation and consider new approaches to leadership and positive change.
Michael is joined by an outstanding speaker lineup, including Sachin Parmer, exploring AI and digital visibility; Sarah Restall, focusing on workplace wellbeing; Suzi Payton, sharing insights on neurodiversity; Toby Porter from Hospice UK, bringing insight and experience from the hospice sector; and the Seasons Care Dietitian Network from Canada. The lineup also features leading dietitians and care professionals exploring key topics including food allergy safety, blood sugar management, texture-modified meals, emerging technologies and much more.
With such a diverse programme, there is something for every professional working to improve nutrition, wellbeing, dining experiences and standards of care.
The Forum isn’t simply about listening to presentations. It is about connecting with colleagues, discovering new solutions, sharing experiences and gaining practical knowledge that can make a real difference.
Alongside the expert programme, delegates can experience interactive masterclasses, live cookery demonstrations and valuable opportunities to meet and network with fellow care catering professionals and industry experts.
And don’t forget the Supplier Exhibition.
If you can’t attend the full Forum, the NACC Supplier Exhibition on Thursday 15th October provides a fantastic FREE* opportunity for health and social care catering professionals.
