Hartford Care Celebrates Third CQC ‘Outstanding’ Rating

Hartford Care, the award-winning care home provider, is celebrating its third Care Quality Commission (CQC) ‘Outstanding’ rating given to Boulters Lock in Maidenhead, Berkshire.

Following the CQC inspection on 9th January this year, Boulters Lock achieved the ‘Outstanding’ for its caring and well-led services. The report stated:

“Boulters Lock clearly demonstrated how it delivered aspects of care over and above the expected standards. We found that people were at the heart of the service and the registered manager and staff were fully committed to providing high-quality person-centred care. Staff were clearly committed and compassionate, striving to provide excellent care at all times. People were treated with exceptional kindness, dignity and respect, and received their care and support from a highly motivated and dedicated staff team.”

This is the third Hartford Care home to achieve an ‘Outstanding’ and join Malden House in Sidmouth and Tegfield House in Winchester with this accolade.

Commenting on the ‘Outstanding’ achievement, Sean Gavin, Hartford Care’s Chief Executive Officer, said: “This is the third ‘Outstanding’ for Hartford Care and is a magnificent achievement for Boulters Lock, and one of which we are all immensely proud. Huge congratulations to Seva Hashimova, the home’s registered manager, and her superb team who have worked tirelessly to attain such incredibly high standards at Boulters Lock. We are thrilled that all their hard work has been recognised with this fully deserved ‘Outstanding’ rating.”

Seva Hashimova, Boulters Lock’s Registered Manager, comments: “I am completely overwhelmed by this overall rating for our wonderful Boulters Lock family. I cannot praise the Boulters team enough for making our home a wonderful place for both our residents and staff. This accolade means so much to all of us.”
