Gracewell Of High Wycombe Celebrates Third Birthday During Weekly Clap For Our Carers

Gracewell of High Wycombe celebrated the care home’s 3rd birthday on 21st May. The social distance garden party was combined with the weekly Clap for Our Carers, so residents could show their appreciation to all the team members working at the home.

The residents and the team at Gracewell of High Wycombe enjoyed an al fresco meal. The in-house dining team prepared a menu of chicken sliders, beef sliders, salmon blinis, Parma ham blinis, cous cous and coleslaw. This was followed by some delicious treats including chocolate brownies and a red velvet cake.

The residents all thoroughly enjoyed the celebration, they were able to have some prosecco and dance in the sunshine.

“It was such a wonderful way to mark the 3rd birthday of Gracewell of High Wycombe. We all danced and sang along to the music, the evening was filled with laughter.

“The celebration lifted everyone’s spirits; the in-house dining team did such an amazing job with the food. The team at Gracewell of High Wycombe have been working so hard, and so it was a lovely way for residents to show their appreciation.”
