Fred Dinenage Opens Abbotswood Court
Fred Dinenage MBE, has officially opened Abbotswood Court in Romsey, Hampshire – a purpose-designed care home, fully equipped to provide residential and dementia care, including permanent care, respite and day care services all under one roof.
The launch was held on Thursday 22nd October and was attended by The Romsey Town Mayor, Dorothy Baverstock and her Escort, Wendy Morrish, as well as the Chairman of Romsey Extra Parish Council, Chris Wesson, and representatives from the local community.
Guests were able to see first-hand the extraordinary attention to detail that has dictated the design of Abbotswood Court, courtesy of Hartford Care employees who acted as knowledgeable tour guides led by manager, Gemma Ridout-Bowden. They were also able to sample some of the chefs’ delicious home-made fayre and raise a glass to the arrival of the best possible care for older people in Romsey, whilst listening to an elegant harpist, Audrey Finnemore who delivered a fairy-tale of sounds throughout the afternoon.
