Experienced Business Development Director Appointed To Milewood

In a significant boost to its leadership team, Milewood has appointed Anthony Miller as its new director of business development and growth.

Anthony brings more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare sector, particularly within private equity-backed specialist care organisations. His career has been marked by a series of strategic roles where he has driven substantial growth, developed new services, and consistently delivered strong financial performance.

Anthony’s background includes key leadership positions at Aspirations Care Ltd, where he served as head of business development.

Prior to this, Anthony was the business development manager at Salutem Healthcare, where he oversaw a substantial increase in occupancy from 71 to 91 per cent and led the redevelopment of underutilised buildings into high-acuity services. His strategic vision and ability to foster strong relationships with key stakeholders has been critical to his success in these roles.

Anthony’s career also includes significant achievements at Craegmoor Ltd (part of the Priory Group – now Priory Adult Care), where he managed the development of five new specialist services and expanded into Northern Ireland, establishing 100 bed spaces in just 18 months.
