Dedicated Staff Give an Amazing Total of 145 Years’ Service at Barking Hall
At Healthcare Homes we are always delighted when team members want to carry on working with us for a number of years and the team at Barking Hall nursing home in Suffolk have shown how happy they are working at the home – with a total of 145 years’ of service between them.
A special celebration was laid on for all staff at the home with presentations for the 16 members of the team who were marking a work anniversary.
Home Manager Susan Oates bought in lots of goodies for her team and Head of Learning and Development Fran Brett presented the recognition awards which went to team members from across the home including care, activities, kitchen and domestic services. Lucy Pratt was also presented with her Level 5 Advanced Healthcare Practitioner Certificate.
