Care Home Opens Dedicated Tea Room

Residents at Simonsfield Care Home in Liverpool are celebrating the opening of their new dedicated tea room.

To celebrate the opening, a ‘Chit Chat’ club was hosted where residents discussed their interests accompanied by a tasty spread of cakes.

An enthusiastic group of residents gathered together for the first ‘Chit Chat’ club to discuss their interests, with the themed discussion group being around wedding dresses through the ages. This presented a welcome opportunity for residents to share photos and stories, and reminisce about their own cherished memories.

Karen Evans, Home Manager at Simonsfield, commented:

“The tea room has been a huge hit so far, and we are all really looking forward to hosting more ‘Chit Chat’ clubs in the future.”
