Care Home In Wellington, Somerset Rated “Good” And Praised For Their Highly Person-Centred Care.

Following a recent & unannounced inspection by the CQC in late March 2020, Oaktree Court Care Home in Wellington has been awarded an overall “Good” across all areas achieving an “Outstanding” in responsiveness.

The care home which is part of the Majesticare group, a leading luxury care home operator, provides accommodation & specialist residential, nursing & dementia care for up to 56 people.

Inspectors noted the “exceptional personalised and responsive care” received by residents in a service led by a management team focused on continual improvement.

One resident commented “This is my home for life now and I am very happy here” Whilst another stated, “I couldn’t fault anything here. We are safe and well cared for, it’s a happy place”

Marie George, Registered Manager since January 2018 said she was so proud of every single member of her team who have all worked so hard over the past 13 months to turn the home from requires improvement to an overall Good rating.
