Care Group Scores With A ‘Buzzing’ Sponsorship Deal

The-Bumble-Bees-Barbarians-Rugby-Union-ClubYORKSHIRE based Czajka Care Group has signed a deal with The Bumble Bees Barbarians Rugby Union Club to become the team’s new official kit sponsor.

In 2009, The Bumbles became England’s first mixed ability rugby union team to include players with and without learning and physical disabilities. The club quickly grew into a successful team that enjoys the support of the Rugby Football Union and now has more than 40 registered players who compete in regular fixtures against able-bodied teams at Bradford & Bingley Rugby Club.

Czajka Care Group is a family run business that operates five nursing and care homes in Nab Wood, Cross Hill and Steeton, as well as offering home and domiciliary care to hundreds of people across the region. The company’s branding and logos will now feature on all the players’ kits.

Konrad Czajka, Managing Director of Czajka Care Group, says: “As a thriving local business we always place a lot of emphasis on supporting the local community so we’re delighted to be working with The Bumbles. It will be fantastic to see the team wearing the new kit. Hopefully it can help to bring the best out of the players and we’ll definitely be following the team’s progress closely throughout the season.”

Simon Myers from The Bumbles, said: “As a team our profile is continually growing, both nationally and internationally, and securing sponsorship from successful businesses will enable us to continue expanding and progressing. It’s fantastic to have Czajka Care Group on board as a key sponsor and our new kit is extremely smart and comfortable so everyone in the team is delighted with it.”
